About Us
Elinor has organised the business and social lives of Chairs, Chief Executives, busy celebrities and public figures, Presidents, Managing Directors, and other senior managers, ensuring that they are able to focus on their business goals. She provides administrative support to national councils and an e-learning programme. Elinor has worked as a Clerk to one of the City’s Livery companies.
Before setting up The Virtual Partnership, Elinor worked for a broad range of organisations, including two leading London law firms, a global cosmetics company and the UK’s largest distributor of luxury fragrance and beauty brands. In each case, demands were high, excellent organisational skills were essential, together with accuracy, efficiency and diplomacy, meeting deadlines was paramount and yet she never compromised on perfection. Ultimately, it is about getting the job done well, on time and on budget, whilst maintaining a calm, professional manner and a sense of humour!

Originally from North Wales, Elinor moved to London in 1987 and now lives in Kingston upon Thames. Her favourite interests are walking her Cavachon dog Dottie, swimming, listening to music, spending time in her garden, seeing family and friends, visiting dog-friendly pubs and cooking.
Jo Pugh is an associate at The Virtual Partnership. She is a dedicated and meticulous content editor and proofreader with a strong background in assessing and correcting a wide variety of business, research and creative texts. As a former BBC script editor, Jo has an instinctive ability to think and view from a reader and audience perspective, whatever the content. She is an accomplished and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and knows how to get the best out of authors and copy writers and make sure they deliver on time.
Currently, Jo is the content editor for the largest online neurosciences eLearning program in the world, and responsible for the management of all its content. This means liaising with authors, and making sure they deliver content to the best of their ability and being the conduit between the Peer Reviewers and Authors and ensuring all content is presented perfectly.
