The Virtual Partnership knows that every client has individual needs and therefore our rates vary according to the size and complexity of the task.

HOURLY RATE
Our hourly rates start at £35. We charge in 15 minute increments and round up to the nearest quarter of an hour. If particular work has to be done in the evenings or at weekends, then a higher hourly charge would be agreed beforehand.

MONTHLY RETAINER
For clients who wish to use The Virtual Partnership on a regular basis we offer a ‘retainer’ option. This will guarantee the client a certain number of hours work per month and will be charged at a discounted rate (a greater discount for a greater number of hours per month). PROJECT/TASK
A quotation will be provided for individual projects or tasks.
Rates apply to all tasks carried out from The Virtual Partnership’s office. They are exclusive of expenses and materials such as stationery, postage, CDs etc. Normal telephone usage is included in the rates, but international or more than a standard amount of mobile calls will be billed as an expense. Any travel costs to and from meetings or clients’ premises will be billed as an expense. Any expenses are charged separately at cost price.
